MEDIA TERMS

Media professional (Photographer / Videographer) agrees to provide media services for Excel TeKay International Pageant. Approved Press Pass holders will be invited to attend all public events and select private events, as well as to photograph, interview and meet those involved participants.

Photographer will provide Excel TeKay with photographs without logo. Excel TeKay will provide credit to the Photographer when posting. Media should arrive by the specified timeframe.  Media will be set up in a designated area at the venue.

Liability Indemnity: EXCEL TEKAY makes no representations or warranties, expressed or implied, to the Photographer or participant regarding the condition of the premises. Participant commits that it will protect, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify EXCEL TEKAY, its directors, officers, agents, employees, and volunteers from and against any and all expenses, claims, actions, liabilities, attorney’s fees, damages and losses of any kind whatsoever, actually or allegedly, resulting from or connected with participation. EXCEL TEKAY shall not be liable for any loss or damage to any merchandise or personal property in or about the venue, regardless of the cause. EXCEL TEKAY shall not be held responsible or liable for any costs, expenses, damages or any other sums whatsoever incurred by the participant or any other affiliated party as a result of the condition of the premises, theft or destruction of the participants merchandise or property.
